Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Salad

After a couple of days of sleeping in the tents, washing off in a lake, getting all dusty and dirty in the mountain-biking trails, it's the time for Chris to appreciate the civilized world. So, I prepared some nice dishes for his transition.

It was a nice surprise to receive a bunch of beautiful lilies. How to make the source -
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon English dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
