Roasted Red Pepper Sanwich with Capers

昨天在跑步机上跑步时看到这个三明治。好象很好吃的样子,有很简单。于是起心动念想要试一把。结果真的是很美味。我喜欢吃蘑菇,所以加了些在Portbella Marshoom在里面。

现在面包片上涂一层Herb/Garlic Goat Cheese,厚薄随意了。不过我喜欢Goat Cheese的味道,所以没有涂很薄。然后把拌好的红辣椒和蘑菇放在上面。5分钟,搞定。新鲜,简单,美味!


Serving 1, 350 Calories.

Ingredients
4 large red bell peppers , may substitute yellow
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves , minced
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons capers , drained
