We had been looking forward to the Sea Otta event for more than a month, since the event is supposed to be one of the biggest and most fun biking events in the bay area.
This event offers many interesting characters, such as a little dog wearing a goofy pair of sun glasses, or a wonder-woman-and-super-man.
Work in Progress
It was a horrible windy day. Otherwise, I would enjoy more of the interesting shops at the event.
